  • Vinificazione: maceration on the skins for 15/20 hours in pneumatic press for a greater extraction of primary aromas. Fermentation at a controlled temperature (15-17°C), with addition of selected yeasts up to 5/5.5 degrees of alcohol. The bottling is finally preceded by sterile filtration to prevent fermentation of the product.

  • Vinification and aging times: 3-4 months in steel tanks and aging in bottle for 1 month

  • Color: bright straw yellow with golden reflections

  • Aroma: fine, lively and persistent, intensely aromatic, delicate, with a fruity aroma reminiscent of yellow peach, ripe apricot, Kaiser pear, sage and thyme

  • Taste: the mouthfeel is full, sweet but not cloying, with a pleasant sensation of ripe apricot

  • Alcoholic content: 5-5.5 %vol. depending on the vintage

  • Wine matching: it is a typical dessert wine, therefore it pairs well with desserts, fruit, ice cream and dry pastries

  • Serving temperature: to be served cold at 8-10°C
