TASTINGS
- WINE ITINERARY: presentation of the company and the winemaking techniques that we carry out, visit of the wine cellar and guided tasting of 4 wines (combined with some breadsticks). Duration: about 1.30 – 2 hours.
- HAZELNUT ITINERARY: presentation of the company, tasting of the raw, toasted and semi-finished hazelnuts combined with a glass of sweet wine. Duration: about 1 hour and a half.
WALK & TASTE (excursion + tasting)
- WINE ITINERARY: presentation of the company and the winemaking techniques that we carry out, guided tour of the ancient terraces of the company and the related vineyards, the wine cellar and the characteristic farm shop. Guided tasting of 4 wines. Duration: about 2 hours and a half.
- WINE & HAZELNUT ITINERARY: presentation of the company and the winemaking techniques that we carry out, guided tour of the ancient terraces of the company and the related vineyards, the wine cellar, the characteristic farm shop and a hazelnut grove. Tasting of 4 wines and the raw, toasted and semi-finished Tonda Gentile Trilobata hazelnuts. Duration: 3 hours.
YOGAWINE
An alternative way to taste wine in order to achieve an aware drinking. A journey through the senses in search for the essential taste and the real pleasure, to discover wine produced by Barberis Farm.
DESCRIPTION: guided tour of the terraced vineyards, light yoga practice with final tasting of 5 wines. Duration: about 2-3 hours.
