The valuable insight born from the symbiosis between man and nature have created a lasting bond, a personal interpretation of the cultural and crop heritage. 17 hectares of land of which 8 with hazel groves, 8 with vineyards and 1 with vine and hazelnut nursery and full control of the wine and hazelnut supply chain, from vine shoots to wine, from sucker to toasted hazelnut, from producer to consumer.

9 kilometers of terracing with dry stone walls created at the end of the 19th century, a determining factor for a homogeneous ripening of the bunches both from a sugar and a phenolic point of view.
The exceptional microclimate, the proximity to the sea, the marly soil and the quality of work have created the most favorable conditions to create a unique terroir.
