THE TASTE OF WAITING
It is obtained from dried Muscat grapes and is produced only in the best vintages.
It represents the company philosophy par excellence, thanks to an old recipe of the maternal grandfather Teresio recently revived by Stefano Barberis.

Vinification: maceration on the skins for 15/20 hours in pneumatic press to maintain the primary aromas. Fermentation at a controlled temperature which is carried out slowly up to 12/13 degrees of alcohol. It is then stopped by cooling. The bottling is finally preceded by sterile filtration to prevent fermentation of the product.
Vinification and aging times: 10 months in still tanks with regular batonnages and aging in bottle for 10-12 months
Color: ocher with golden reflections
Aroma: fine, lively and persistent, intensely aromatic, with the typical fragrance of figs and honey
Taste: the mouthfeel is full, sweet but not cloying, with a pleasant sensation of ripe apricot
Alcoholic content: 12.5 %vol. depending on the vintage
Wine matching: it pairs well with aged cheeses and dry pastries. It is ideal as meditation and/or conversation wine.
Serving temperature: to be served cold at 8-10°C
